Interviewer instructions

It is not necessary that such skill is acquired in any formal manner nor is it necessary that the person is actually marketing it or intends to market it. When a person has acquired skill in more than one of the listed skills, the skill in which the person is more proficient will be considered. Skill will be recorded irrespective of the level of general and technical education. The list of skills to be considered and the codes to be used are given in code list.
