Depending upon the case, code 1 or 2 or 9 will be entered against this item. In case the plot of land on which the dwelling unit is situated is taken on a long term lease 9say 30 years of more), it will be treated as owner like possession and code 1 will be entered against item 2. In case of multistoried building, if an apartment is owned and occupied by the household, tenure type of the plot will also be 1.
