Cost of construction during last year (Rs)- pucca material

Interviewer instructions

Expenditure on two most recent constructions (at the present premises and elsewhere) incurred during last year will be recorded against this item with the break up in items 19-20: material-separately pucca and others, item 21: labour and item 22: others. The total expenditure will be recorded against item 23. Expenditure relating to the material and labour purchased, hired or procured but not used in the construction during the last one year will not be taken into account for filling in this item. It may be noted that, service charges, i.e., expenditure incurred (including payments due) on account of professional and personal services, municipal and other taxes and fees if any for construction, rental and hire charges of equipment used for construction will be included with others. All efforts are to be made to give item-wise information in items 19-22. However, in extremely few cases if it is not possible, total amount may be recorded in item 23 and remarks be given in blocks 10/11.
