Educations is free of tuition fee in Govt. schools in most of the states and also in private schools in some of the states upto certain level of education. there are some schools where students are not required to pay tuition fee. Never-the-less, a fixed some of money is to be paid such as development fee, library fee. Education in such schools should still be considered as free. This item apply to the institution as a whole and not to the specific situation obtaining for the student.

Definition
Education is free of tuition fee in government schools in most of the states and also in private schools in some states
up to certain levels of education. There are some schools where students up to a certain level are not required to pay tuition
fees. Nevertheless, a fixed sum of money has to be paid such as development fee, library fee, etc. Education in such schools
is still considered to be free. This applies to the institution as a whole and not to the specific situation obtaining for the student.
