“For obtaining the appropriate response to this question for each member of the household listed in this block, it has to be ascertained from them whether his/her place of enumeration is different from his last (previous) usual residence, if any, the usual residence for the purpose of this survey being defined as a place (village or town) where the person has stayed continuously for a period of six months or more.
