Block1 has information about identification of sample enterprise

Block 2 has information about particulars of operation and background information of the enterprise like whether enterprise pursuing mixed activity?,major activity during the reference month, minor activity during the refernce month, social group of the owner/major partner, type of ownership code, no. of other economic activities taken up by the entrepreneur during the last 365 days, location of the enterprise, enterprise type etc.

This blocks indicates whether the particular activity is pursued or not by the enterprise.

Block 3 contains information on operating expenses by enterprises on different activities pursued by them. Operating expenses of manufacturing, non-capita power generation and transmission activities, trading activity, transportation, travel agency and tour operator activities warehousing and support activities for transportation, postal and courier activities, accomodation and food service activities, information and communication activities, financial activities , business and professional service activities, educational activities etc are collected in this block.

Other operating expenses like electricity charges, fuel and lubricant etc. during last 30 days are collected in this block.

Principal receipts of activities are contained in this block.

All other receipts of the enterprise not covered under block 5 will be recorded in this block.

Total receipts, total operating expenses , distribution expenses, toll, taxes , taxes on production, gva etc. are recorded in this block.

Employment particulars of the enterprise during last 30 days are recorded in this block.

Salary/wages, house rent allowances , transport allowances, bonus and other individual benefits, contribution to insurance, provident fund, etc., are recorded in this block.

Land and fixed assets owned and hired as on the last date of reference year and monthly rental payable on hired assets are recorded in this block.

Original value of lant and machinery and equipments are recorded in this block.

Sources of loan, amount outstanding as on last date of the reference year, interest payable during the last 30 days are recorded in this block.

The amount of loan advanced by financial enterprises(excluding stock broker/sub-broker) are recorded in this block.

Factor income of the non-financial enterprises i.e. emoluments, rent payable, interest payable, net surplus are recorded in this block.

Inventories of items like raw materials & components and packing materials, fuels and lubricants, spares, stores & others etc. are recorded by the enterprises in this block.

Particulars of use of information and communication technology(ICT) i.e. web presence , internet and intranet facility , extranet , LAN etc. by the enterprise with 10 or more workers during last 365 days are recorded in this block.
