Interviewer instructions
In case the entry against item 4 is positive, then it is to be ascertained whether or not the deposit paid is recoverable at the time of vacating the dwelling. If the deposit is recoverable code 1 is to be given, else code 2 is to be given. In case only a part of the amount is recoverable, then code 1 may be given if the recoverable amount forms major part of the deposit; else code 2 may be given.
