In case a tribal household claims to belong to a religion other than those mentioned against religion codes 1 to 7, it is to be ascertained as to whether the proclaimed religion is a traditional tribal religion or not. If yes, the entry against this item will be 8 : otherwise code 9 will be entered against this item.
