Interviewer instructions

Entry against this item will be made in terms of codes. Code 1 will be entered if the originally selected household has been surveyed. code-2 will be recorded if instead of the original household, a substitute household has been surveyed. If neither to originally selected household nor a substitute could be surveyed i.e., if the sample household is a casualty, code 3 is to be recorded. In such cases, only blocks 0-2, 12 & 13 will be filled-in and on top of the front page of the schedule, the word `casualty` will be written in block capitals.
