Columns (3) & (4): Produce collected: Quantity and value of each of the products collected during 30 days preceding the date of survey will be recorded in columns (3) and (4) respectively. Quantity figure will be recorded in Kg. whereas the value of the products evaluated at the ex-farm price will be entered in 0.00 rupees. If the quantity of a produce can not be expressed in Kg., a cross mark (x) may be put in cols. (3), (5) and/or (7), as the case may be.
