Cause of death : The cause of death, as known to the informant, will be recorded in this column. In case the deceased is an ever married woman, it is to be ascertained first whether she was pregnant any time during last 365 days or not. The ever married woman who was pregnant time during last 365 days, one of the codes 01 to 09 and 11 to 19 will be applicable to her. For others, only codes 01 to 09 will be applicable.
