Interviewer instructions

The land on which the residential building is constructed may be either owned, or rented or leased in or otherwise occupied. Land leased in for 30 years or more will be classified as owned. In case of multistoried buildings if an apartment is owned and occupied by household, land possessed code in that case will also be “1” i.e. owned.
