Interviewer instructions

In these columns, wages received for work done in public works, during the last 365, by the household member will be recorded in whole number of rupees. The wages received will relate to payments received or receivable for the total number of days on which the household member worked in public works during the last 365 days. If in a day a household member worked in public works as well as in other type of works, the entries in these columns will relate to wages received/ receivable for work done in public works only. Column (14) is for recording the total wages received/ receivable in cash. Total wages received/ receivable in kind, evaluated at the current retail price, will be recorded in column (15). Total of columns (14) and (15) will be recorded in column (16).
