Interviewer instructions
Columns (7) to (14): Particulars of enterprise and conditions of employment: These columns are applicable for persons with industry groups 012, 014, 015 and divisions 02 to 99 in column (5). Particulars of the enterprises where the household members are usually engaged in the subsidiary capacity will be recorded in columns (7) to (10). This apart, conditions of employment will be recorded in columns (11) to (14) for those with status codes 31, 41 or 51 in column (3). Note that in this block the particulars to be collected in columns (7) to (14) will pertain to the subsidiary status (col. 3) and industry (col. 5) obtained for the person. The detailed instructions for columns (7) to (14) of Block 5.2 are similar to that given for block 5.1 for the relevant columns, and therefore, those are not repeated here.
